A booking form needs to be completed either online or via fax for each event. Verbal bookings or simple emails are unable to be accepted. Once we have received your booking either by the internet or fax, we take that as a confirmed booking and payment must be reecived before the event date.
If you are unable to attend an event you have made a booking for, your cancellation must be received at least 2 working days prior to the event. Once numbers have been confirmed with our venues, unfortunately no credits or refunds can be provided. Payment is required prior to attendance at each event. The Working Women's Network reserves the right to alter, change or cancel an event at any time and you will be notified via email or phone of the cancellation or change of date. Payment will either be credited or refunded upon your request.
The Working Women's Network respects your right to privacy and any personal information submitted by our members and visitors to this site will be used for the provision of our services to you by email and/or mail.
From time to time these services may be provided by carefully selected third party partners and thus you may be contacted regarding product releases, special offers, updated information, and new services. If you do not wish to be contacted at any time by third party suppliers, you have the right to opt out by contacting us at enquiries@workingwomensnetwork.com.au
WWN may occasionally present a competition or promotion that is sponsored or provided by a 3rd party. To enter, we may ask you to provide additional personal information. If we plan to share this information with the sponsor(s), this fact will be clearly stated in the competition entry form.
Members of WWN choosing to advertise in the Members Business Directory need to be aware that their contact details will be in the public domain and therefore available to be viewed and utilised by visitors to the site. WWN is not liable to you for any loss, damage, costs, liability or other form of contribution that eventuates from contact emanating from this directory. Your access to and use of the Business Directory is subject to your acceptance of this disclaimer.
You can assist WWN to maintain the accuracy of your personal information by informing us of any changes to your address, title, phone number, or e-mail. If at any time you wish to update your information or stop receiving communication from WWN our sponsors, partners or other selected third parties, please contact us with a request to that effect by email enquiries@workingwomensnetwork.com.au.
There are requirements and protocol as members that we encourage you to follow. These are the privacy and respect of other members and guests.
We encourage you to promote your business but will not allow any form of harassment. If you feel a member or guest of the Network is acting inappropriately, please contact us directly on 8209 3741 or enquiries@workingwomensnetwork.com.au so we can take action.
As we strive to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere at our events, we do take complaints seriously. If we receive more than 2 complaints about you or your business, we will contact you to discuss new networking techniques. If after this we receive more complaints, you will be unable to attend our events in the future and if you are a member, your membership will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Display of promotional material and business cards at events is restricted to members of the Network as well as speakers and sponsors. flyers on the luncheons tables is not allowed.
By adding your details to our database you give permission for The Working Women's Network to market and promote any of our events and sponsor partnerships as well as other information that may be useful to your business.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the information provided by speakers is accurate, The Working Women's Network will not take responsibility for incorrect or misleading information that they may provide and do not accept liability for incorrect or misleading information, products or services supplied by the speaker.
Once a booking is made a payment for that booking is required prior to the Networking event or Skill Development Workshop. All prices are in Australian Dollars and do not include GST at this stage.
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard through Paypal on our website. You can also pay by Direct Deposit into our account.
